Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and events
- Manage end-to-end interview processes across departments
- Build and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success criteria
Requirements
- 2+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting for technical roles
- Strong communication and organisational skills
