About the Role

Help us find and hire exceptional people across engineering, design, and go-to-market. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle and be a brand ambassador to prospective talent.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and events
  • Manage end-to-end interview processes across departments
  • Build and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success criteria

Requirements

  • 2+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
