About the Role
We need a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own our acquisition and retention funnels. You'll run experiments, analyse results, and scale what works.
Responsibilities
- Own paid acquisition channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
- Design and run A/B tests across landing pages and email campaigns
- Analyse funnel metrics and produce weekly growth reports
- Collaborate with product and content teams on PLG initiatives
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4)
- Experience managing $500k+ ad budgets
- Strong SQL skills for self-serve data analysis
